At approximately 12:40pm today E503B was dispatched to a reported over turn vehicle involving a trailer on Interstate 95 Northbound at the 151 mile marker. While enroute, units were advised that there was a report of kids still in the vehicle. Asst. Chief 503 arrived on scene to find a Pickup truck pulling a Fifth-Wheel camper on its side with no entrapment or reported injuries. M503 continued into the scene by request from Asst. Chief 503 to check on the occupants of the vehicle. M503 received patient refusals and scene was turned over to Virginia state police.
