Car Smashes Telephone Pole

On October 1, 2016 at 8:00am E503 responded to a vehicle that had crashed into a telephone pole on Old Triangle RD. After arriving on scene E503 found one vehicle that crashed into a telephone pole, bounced off and crashed into a tree. M503 had one patient who was transported to the hospital. PD helped E503 with closing the road and redirecting traffic. Dominon Power was called out to help secure the power. Scene was turned over to PD and E503 was released. Old Triangle RD was then closed for the rest of the day until repairs could be made.
