Preparations are being made for the 36th Annual Dumfries Holiday Parade. This year's parade will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at 1:00pm (rain, snow or shine unless weather conditions become unsafe). This year's parade theme will be "A Green Christmas (eco-friendly decorations)".
